End User License Agreement (EULA)

 Effective Date: August 19, 2026

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you and Allan Lozares ("Developer") concerning your use of Bluetooth Finder – BLE Scanner ("Application").

1. License

Subject to this Agreement, the Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application on Apple devices that you own or control, in accordance with Apple's applicable terms and requirements.

2. Permitted Use

You may use the Application for personal and lawful purposes, including:

Discovering nearby BLE devices

Viewing available Bluetooth device information

Reviewing RSSI, dBm, TX Power and related information

Viewing advertisement information

Reviewing scan history

Saving device information

Reviewing event logs

Using the QR scanning functionality

3. Restrictions

You may not:

Copy or redistribute the Application

Sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the Application

Reverse engineer or decompile the Application, except where permitted by applicable law

Modify or create derivative works from the Application

Use the Application to access Bluetooth devices without authorization

Use the Application for unlawful surveillance or unauthorized monitoring

Circumvent security features of the Application or connected devices

4. Bluetooth Data

The Application displays Bluetooth information made available by nearby BLE peripherals. The Developer does not guarantee that all information will be available, accurate, or current.

5. Ownership

The Application and all related intellectual property rights remain the property of Allan Lozares or applicable licensors.

No ownership rights are transferred to you under this Agreement.

6. Privacy

Your use of the Application is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how information handled by the Application is treated.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law.

The Developer does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, complete device compatibility, or the accuracy of Bluetooth information displayed by the Application.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or other damages arising from your use of the Application.

9. Termination

This license automatically terminates if you fail to comply with this Agreement. You may also terminate the Agreement by deleting the Application from your device.

10. Apple

This Agreement is between you and Allan Lozares, not Apple.

Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for the Application.

Apple is not responsible for addressing claims relating to the Application, except as required under applicable law.

11. Changes

The Developer may update this Agreement from time to time. Updated terms will become effective when published.
